This item is non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We print to order so we do not accept returns. However, if there is a problem with the print of the product, we will definitely look into it.
If the return is due to supplier error (e.g. defective/damaged item, wrong product delivered, etc.), the supplier will shoulder the return shipping fee. However, if the return is due to customer issue (e.g. wrong item ordered, customer remorse, etc), the customer is responsible for return postage.
