Refund policy

For most of the items listed in our website, we have either 15-day or 30-day return policy, which means the buyer have either 15 days or 30 days after receiving the item to request a return. However, some items are "non-returnable and non-exchangeable." Please check the "Return Policy" listed at the bottom of the item description.
To be eligible for a return, item must be in the same condition when received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Buyer also needs the receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping cost for the return will be shouldered by the buyer.
To start a return, buyer can contact us at smartandeasyliving@yahoo.com. We will email the buyer with the address where the returns will need to be sent.
If the return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect the order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or the wrong item received, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch with us for any questions or concerns about specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure of getting what the buyer wants is to return the item received, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify the buyer once we’ve received and inspected the return, and let the buyer knows if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the buyer will be automatically refunded on their original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for the buyer’s bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Trendsi Return Policy
Trendsi will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (return window based on the exact time of delivery) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, face masks, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable.
Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
Please allow Trendsi 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
Trendsi will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.
