1. Where are you located? Is there a physical store?

Ans. We are located in Chester, New York. We run online stores only. We don’t have brick-and-mortar stores. 

2. How can I pay for my order?

Ans. You can use any of the payment methods listed below: 

  • Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, etc. 

3. If I order today when will I get the order?

Ans. Usually, it takes 2-3 days to process the order (if there is no additional lead time) and 5-8 days to deliver the order.

4. Has my order been shipped out?

Ans. The tracking number will be sent to you once the order leaves the warehouse. If there is no additional lead time, the product will be shipped in 1-2 business days. 

5. What’s you return policy?

6. Can I cancel my order?

Ans. Please note that we can't cancel an order if it's already shipped. Please contact us to check the details.
